Okay, #2 is just...incredible. I need to know that trick, big time. #3 is cute and funny. #5 is a perfect coordination of different pink shades with the white and blonde to make things pop. (Yes, I just quoted the design industry. Sue me. LOL) #6 Has some really good cropping and color choices. #9 is--forgive the pun--really cool. I love how you made it look like she/he was bathed in blue moonlight except her/his face.

I love the colors of all of them.

So glad you like some of these so much!I love puns,haha!That 9th icon is of actor Wang Yibo and this photoshoot was very beautiful by itself so it mainly took just brightening the glow and such things to make it look prettier!:D
This is the original image:

Ohhh! 2 is actually a very easy technique.I just 'duplicate' the layer twice and move them all up and down until I get them to look like that. Then I colour each differently. For the middle image: Any colour on a new layer and set it on saturation,then change the opacity.
For the other two I just choose white(for the above) & red(for the lower one) and set those layers on colour/hue.Hey,I might end up making a tutorial for this after all!:D
